All partner institutions involved in the Erasmus Mundus STeDe Master welcome applications from prospective visiting scholars.

 

Established researchers and teachers of higher education institutions, experts and professionals may apply for a scholarship in order to contribute to the joint programme.

  •  during the academic year 2017/2018: at Università degli Studi di Padova and Katholieke Universiteit Leuven;
  •  during the academic year 2018/2019: at Université Paris 1 Panthéon - Sorbonne and Universidade Catolica Dom Bosco;
  •  during the academic year 2018/2019: at Università degli Studi di padova and Katholieke Universiteit Leuven;
  •  during the academic year 2019/2020: at Université paris I Panthéon-Sorbonne and universidade catolica Dom Bosco

PLEASE NOTE:

  • only scholars, experts and professionbals established in a third-country university or  insitution may be hosted by STeDe european partner universities: Università degli Studi di Padova, Katholieke Universiteit Leuven and Université Paris 1 Panthéon - Sorbonne;
  • only scholars established at one partner university: Università degli Studi di Padova, Katholieke Universiteit Leuven or Université Paris 1 Panthéon - Sorbonne may be hosted by Universidade Catolica Dom Bosco.

 

 

Scholar Scholarship

Living allowance

(including travel costs and teaching/tutoring activities)

1,800 euro

per week for a minimum duration of 2 weeks and a maximum duration of 3 months

 

Admission criteria

Candidates are required to:

  • be a person with outstanding academic and/or professional experience who lectures or conducts research in a higher education institution or a research organisation established in accordance with national legislation and practice;
  • carry her/his research activities in the field of sustainable territorial development;
  • have a research background attested by scientific publications in the field of sustainable territorial development;
  • bring a clear added value to the Master course through lessons, workshops and trainings, supervision of students’ research projects, coordination of students’ final dissertations;
  • have a good command of English and French, both spoken and written;
  • have a basic knowledge of information and communication technologies.

  

Selection criteria

Selection criteria will be:

  • academic and/or professional excellence;
  • interest in the topic of sustainable territorial development;
  • knowledge of English and/or French language; candidates with command of both languages will have priority.

 

Selection procedure for the academic year 2017/2018

  • Step 1: pre-selection based on application forms received
  • Step 2: possible interview of pre-selected candidates through Skype
  • Step 3: selected and not selected candidates will be informed by e-mail.
